CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

  • Regular stock items > you can change or cancel your order at any time up until the products have been packaged for despatch to you.
  • Custom Orders > you can change or cancel your order only up until production of your item has commenced. Please refer to your order documentation for full details.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS DESPATCHED?

You will receive an initial order confirmation email once you’ve placed an order, and will receive a follow-up email once your order has been despatched.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY?

Yes we do! You can upgrade your order to Express Delivery at checkout, or contact our Customer Service Team to upgrade at any time before your order is packaged ready for despatch to you. Additional delivery fee applies.

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY OR FEES?

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

We aim to despatch your order within 1 – 2 working days after the date your order & payment is received. Please allow up to 10 working days after despatch for your order to reach you. This delivery timeframe is provided by our delivery partners, and is matched or exceeded in the majority of occasions each year.

HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST?

We use a flat-rate postage calculator, and offer capped postage of maximum $12.00. Delivery cost on individual items varies from $NIL through to $12.00. The actual delivery cost charged to you will depend on which products you order, and can be viewed in your cart at checkout.
